segment fault during testing node-state-manager

because there is no JIRA of NodeStateManager (LifeCycleManagement),
I created this in BASE.

there is a seg.fault like this:
NodeStateTest[971]: segfault at 0 ip 0000000000408ba9 sp 00007ffdd31b1590 error 4 in NodeStateTest[400000+17000]
