Low Description
The baselines should have publicly available URLs that point to places one can track issues. Where are those places? Currently its seems as if meta-ivi, for example, is using bugs.genivi.org, but that is going to go away and I don't see a reference to a new tracker, or any tracker at all here: https://at.projects.genivi.org/wiki/display/PROJ/meta-ivi#meta-ivi-About
