Create code coverage example

Scope

Create a example of running a code coverage tool whilst running a Genivi component test suite. Besides the obvious point of wishing to know how much of the component is executed by the test suite, it will also serve to show how easily this can be done.

Ideally the code coverage tool should be oss, e.g. gcov
