meta-ivi-test wiki doc is out of date in parts

The May 23rd BIT call AoB identified room for improvement in the meta-ivi-test wiki documentation. This ticket has been created to work on improving it.

Notes from the meeting minutes:

• Steve comments that reducing the meta-ivi-test page in the baseline wiki to a simple link to a readme in the source meant the loss of useful information contained in the links to the sub-pages describing the unit tests. It also means that we have less info to point people at when seeking contribution on testing.
• Discussion about the current meta-ivi-test documentation.
• Oscar reports that he found that some of the wiki documentation was out of date.

• • That was one of the reasons for simplifying the page.
  • It is also why the meta-ivi-test/readme.md does not detail them. He realised that more work was needed to update the info.
• Conclusion: work is needed to bring the meta-ivi-test unit test documentation up to date.
