Create simple baseline testing script for QEMU

Show how you start QEMU and run the meta-ivi test layer on it. The emphasis is showing how QEMU is configured and the organisation and running of the tests, i.e. knowledge transfer. Ideally this would be done in the form of a single shell script or scripts.

The intention is not to produce a full fledged production test mechanism, but create something simple that can be used as a starting point.
