Investigate the deployment of the CCS communication framework on AWS cloud service infrastructure

on the cloud side, we need to think about the deployment of the communication framework on an infrastructure like AWS using for instance AWS lambda to expose the graphql APIs (https://aws.amazon.com/lambda/)

Note: we need to determine in which versions (i.e. milestones) we want to show the deployment on an actual automotive embedded platform and a cloud-based service infrastructure
