Redirect links

In every release, some links might change:

• http://projects.genivi.org/gdp/release_announcement should be redirected to the release announcement: https://at.projects.genivi.org/wiki/display/GDP/2016/03/01/GENIVI+releases+GDP-ivi9+RC1

There might be aother pages that require a special redirection.

• Request it to Joel through a ticket in OSSINFR, together with the links to the files to be downloaded.
