Epic description

This task will track all tasks related with the following activities:

• Project lead / management tasks
• Maintainers tasks not directly related with our deliverables, Master and releases.
• Maintenance and support tasks not associated with deliverables.
• All activities related with tooling that are not in the scope of the Tools Team
• All tasks that cannot be directly assigned to any other Epic in GDP

This is an ongoing Epic. Some of the tasks can be associated to specific releases through FixedVersion field.
