RaspberryPi w/ Faytech monitor -wrong resolution

    Description

      When connecting the Faytech monitor to a Raspberry Pi vi HDMI the screen is shown in the top left quarter of the available area only.
      The resolution shown is wrong, i.e. it it not 1080p.
