/usr/include/GLES3 not found on RaspberryPi images

When compiling Qt applications GLES3 include is needed but this is not installed and not present in the sysroot.
There is a rpm file with the needed header files and this can be installed on the target, however files need to be in the sysroot also.

The package should be installed by default on raspberry pi
