Description

It was decided to use readme.md file as description. We will not use the github wiki. The readme.md file on Github for GDP should include the following information:

• What is GDP (link to GDP front page)
• What is GENIVI Alliance (link to GDP front page)
• How to use the repos: a link to GDP Management wiki page section where this is described)
• Links to major wiki pages
• Disclaimer not to use the wiki or bugtracker. Route to current tools (no need since these apps are disabled in Github)
