    Description

      Background

      Moving to GitHub has as consequence that the submission policy needs to change. There are companies though that cannot use GitHub the new policy will the the default one but the current one might still need to be in place. jeremiah.foster will coordinate this.

      Task description

      1. Modify the current Continute to GENIVI wiki page including the new submission policy, considering GitHub.
      2. Communicate it to jeremiah.foster
      3. Get approval from jeremiah.foster
      4. Communicate it through a blog post.
