Use go.cd to provision gold master builds, artifacts and metadata for deployment

GDP team should investigate provisioning release aritfacts via a go.cd pipeline, using a codethink agent. This removes the need to use the ftp.codethink server as the middleman, and increases automation. The GDP release team already script the artifact creation (bash), and this should be translatable to go.cd. This pipeline would only be triggered manually, when needed.

• Would be set to build from scratch (nothing shared) and stripped down afterwards
• Would also provision a md5 list of the artifacts
