GDP Audiomanager Monitor with AM7.5

Yocto Baseline 11 is to include AM7.4 for the final release. As usual this means the carried config / patches in meta-genivi-dev for Audiomanager & the demo application will need to be tested against the new version.

meta-ivi have made the initial AM7.4 support available, I'm currently aiming to test GDP support with the QEMU image, to rule out hardware audio issues
