Task description

• The solution should be a combination of a wiki page and the usage of a new status in JIRA called "Analysis", together with the "Improvement" type of issue.
• Describe a process to manage requests in the wiki.
• Include a link to the request process in the roadmap page, once the features for GDO-ivi has been described in the wiki.
• Request process will be included in a GDP call to be approved.
