Integrate more LBS software into GDP

We need to determine which components and pocs related to LBS are candidates for an integration into GDP.

There is a technical marketing aspect to the integration of a proof-of-concept. It is a good feature to add "a stub" but it needs to be described sufficiently in the wiki so end users not in the bubble understand both the featureset and the opportunity to complete it

Note: FSA has been integrated into GDP but further improvement polishing might be necessary. This is tracked elsewhere in GDP-15.
