Integrate Media Manager into GDP

CEC-MG expert group has worked out a set of apis for media manager and developed a proof-of-concept for those apis available at: https://github.com/GENIVI/media-manager

ICS developed their Open Media Manager, the code is available at https://github.com/githubics/MediaManager

Project status on 23 November

• With respect to the Open Media Manager, the plan is to add the GENIVI APIs to it (inputs on how common APi is formatted have been provided to ICS)
• JLR/Portland has produced some GDP HMI for media player, a plan has been discussed to get together the Open Media Manager and the JLR HMI and integrating them into GDP, the plan needs to be consolidated
• on a longer term, the plan is to modify the Open Media Manager to make it into a plug in architecture, initially the modification will concern the indexer.
