Application Framework: Write a story to demonstrate application framework functionalities

We have two pocs for application management

• https://github.com/GENIVI/genivi-appman-qt-poc (relates to the so-called GDP QtAS Spin)
• https://github.com/GENIVI/app-framework

We need to determine whether one or both pocs are worth being demonstrated in GDP

Note: we have an inter-app communication concept being developed but the output is a requirement specification and is not synchronized with the work on application framework yet
