Investigate how to integrate Solys in the SDE

Elektrobit's analysis tool Solys can collect DLT, D-Bus ans other communications and present these logs in a nice way with precise and synchronized time stamps. It will augment our current DLT viewer with a more powerful view.

The tool to be shown on SDE desktop will be a feature of the Eclipse Integrated environment, together with the Franca/CommonAPI tools we already have there.
