Integrating CDL into GDP

CDL uses someip for communication between the cluster unit and the head unit, someip is in the compliance and therefore in the baseline
genivi wants to exercise as many in-compliance components as possible, since CDL uses already someip, it is proposed to integrate CDL into GDP, this will bring someip into GDP with a comprehensive application.
