No audio from Audio Manager PoC on M3 Starter Kit

    Description

      Initial sanity testing of GDP-12 pre-release build for M3 Starter Kit showed that no audio output could be heard from the Audio Manager PoC. Reported here for the benefit of the group.

      GDP: Master branch SHA de57aa9c28 (Genivi 12 prior to GDP-12 release)
      Target: Renesas R-Car M3 Starter Kit
