Finalize and document Chromium Multi-Seat feature

Based on the demonstration at the AMM, get clarity on where the additional code (if any) for multi-screen is located and join it into GDP Master. Demonstration was done on an Intel computer. Is it also working on Renesas Salvator-X?

If there are manual steps to set up then provide documentation for that

• Hardware support clarified.
• JIRA bugs filed for any non-supported hardware for fixing in the future.
• Documentation of how to run / how to demo on Wiki page on Public Wiki
