Integrate CANDevStudio in GDP/SDE workflow

CANDevStudio (Wiki, Git repo) is a PC tool that can simulate an ECU on a CAN network for testing other CAN-connected ECUs. It is probably interesting to have it available in the Software Development Environment / SDE.

I imagine it could be run with real CAN hardware (as designed, GDP-631) or potentially through some simulated CAN link over TCP/IP (new potential, not created, GDP-630) to the target system.
