Optimize Go.CD pipeline instructions for QtAS build

When completing the move to use ci-build.sh script instead of individual instructions inside of Go.CD, doing that also for QtAS spin was postponed.

1. Modify the ci-build.sh on master to handle any particular steps needed for QtAS (if there is not much) or alternatively let QtAS spin modify the ci-build.sh script on its own branch.
2. Change the QtAS related pipelines on go.genivi.org to call the ci-build.sh script, just like for most other GDP pipelines.

(It's possible that no modification is needed for 1 as most/all steps are encoded in the bitbake project)
