Write JIRA stories/tasks for issues found when upgrading to Pyro

UPDATE:

Instead of "Fix trivial issues" this task has been changed to "Write stories/tasks for issues". This enables us to use Task instead of Subtask, which works better for Scrum planning. It is hard to know if a problem is trivial or hard, so let's treat them all as separate tasks.

• This story is accepted as Done when we think we have written Tasks for each problem that needs to be fixed in Pyro branch build.
