Description
Install the latest evaluation drivers on all Go-Agents, matching the Yocto BSP 2.19 update pull request .
- Download EVA drivers from Renesas site
- Install to the designated location (/var/go/sgx_bin_gen3)

All agents that are currently providing the renesas_binaries resource shall have the latest/newest drivers in the designated location, and also keep the old ones.
