Use bwrap to wrap applications launched from system ui

The system ui should use bwrap to run all applications launched via the UI and we need to make sure the applications are able to communicate as required.

AC:

• All applications (in this scope we're talking about the graphical apps launched from UI, not the services which will be handled separately) are launched using bwrap to containerize the applications.
• All applications are actually working after converting to containers.
• All required communication is still available as per before.
