Use bwrap to run the system ui, this also entails making sure the applications are still working

The system UI shall be run inside a bwrap container.

• Launch the system ui with a bwrap container.
• The system ui must still be working as expected afterwards.
• All applications must still be able to run.
• Connectivity with applications shall work as before.
