Run DLT daemon in a bwrap container?

The DLT daemon should run inside a container and all applications shall be able to connect to it as it worked before.

AC:

• The DLT daemon is running inside a bwrap container.
• Other applications with no container can still access the DLT daemon and log through it.
• Other applications running in bwrap containers are still able to use the DLT daemon.
