Possible improvements/changes of bbappend for rvi

rvi_git.bbappend

Installs systemd file rvi.service and a RVI device_id. It would seem some of these things are clearly system-specific and appropriate for local append, but it might also be useful to reconsider (and discuss with meta-rvi maintainer) if there is an even better setup. I would consider two options, or keep as-is:

1) Maybe some parts of this such as the rvi.service file should be installed as default by the rvi.bb file in meta-rvi?
2) Maybe this should be considered not a part of rvi, but a separate component pertaining to the system setup that uses RVI (i.e. create a .bb file instead of .bbappend)
3) Keep it as it is.

This is more of a low-priority action but let's discuss the options.
