Make alsa-state bbappend more consistent

alsa-state.bbappend

• Installs some special asound.state configuration. The bbappend applies for R-Car generation 3 only.
• But the directory also has some files in machine-specific dirs for koelsch and porter also.

Assuming those are applied also as machine overrides (due to name of directory), the way that this is applied is not consistent. On the one hand, a specific do_install modification is done to copy m3ulcb.state into asound.state. On the other two, the asound.state file is kept in MACHINE specific subdirectories?

1. Could this be done identically for all three?
2. Also, the asound.conf file is not mentioned, is it not being applied at all maybe?
