Make build script create the source archive

(Documenting after the fact)

Previously some of the source archive and license settings were done manually in the release build pipelines. This logic is better to have supported in ci-build script.

Setting the environment variable RELEASE_BUILD = true should trigger the needed Yocto settings for a release build, like collecting license information and packaging the sources.
