SDK fails to build

The SDK builds fail to build.

Look at all the hardware variants in the SDK section on https://go.genivi.org

The errors look somewhat similar but not identical:

In do_rootfs for raspberrypi2/3:

I think it has been broken for quite a while. Unless someone has an idea, it needs to be bisected, starting back at version 12.0 release or so.

Feel free to try it yourself to see if we get a "works on my machine" although I would be surprised.
