Chromium fails when rebased on pyro

When rebased on pyro branch Chromium fails in the same way for minnowboard and R-Car m3 starter kit

Build logs:

• Minnowboard build log
• Renesas build log

The final error is simply a header file that is not found.

Might an upgrade in wayland-ivi-extension be the cause?  (Note that meta-ivi is also updated in combination with the pyro upgrade).
