Investigate checksum check that correct R-Car gfx pkg is being used

The R-Car Yocto BSP when configured to use be used in Genivi uses a specific gfx pkg version. Investigate the use of a checksum check to ensure the correct gfx pkg version has been installed in the Yocto BSP. The goal is to avoid issues where GDP builds but the runtime results are wrong because the wrong version has been checked.

Often in the community space the "click through" licensed (requires no NDA) version of the gfx pkg is used. It is also possible to obtain a fuller "Evaluation" licensed package from Renesas that requires an NDA. This Evaluation pkg is typically used by customers developing platforms. Where possible any mechanism should support either type of pkg.
