Compare ways of handling configuration from different distributions

Pelux, AGL and GDP all have different ways of handling yocto configurations and layer management. It would be interesting to make a comparison and see if we can get benefits from other solutions. 

AC: 

• Comparison between some different ways of storing yocto configuration and layer management has been made.
• The comparison should be documented.
