do_rootfs is unsuccessful

Dear Mirza Krak ,

I used host machine Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit  (4GB RAM, 20GB SWAP) for building the R-CAR-M3-Starter-Kit.

When process is nearly completed which occurs the error at the function do_rootfs() as below:
