    Description

The BIT will need to identify a code repository which will serve as the canonical source of any component. That repository may hold a binary or source, it may be internal to GENIVI or it may be upstream, but it will serve as an authoritative origin of the code. That repository can be provided to the BIT or can be selected with the BIT's help, but either way the repository needs to hold software which has already been identified as holding acceptably licensed software for GENIVI and the BIT. Once the repository is identified, a working URL to the code in that repo should be provided.

So the outcome of this step is:
      – URL to code repository
