Background

1. Improvements on the mid term actions towards the shipment of a fully compliance GDP through a continuous delivery process, executed during the GDP-11 release subcycle are the topic of this ticket.
2. This task follows what has been done for the previous release: GDP-95
3. A high level view of what is happening around license compliance and GDP is being provided through task GDP-85

Description

Identify a manual process using FOSSology that allow us to provide a deep license compliance evaluation of GDP for every release. In order to do that we need to test FOSSology as solution and get with it a detailed picture of the current state of art of GDP in terms of license compliance beyond the current state, understanding that a significant part of what GDP code is today is done "upstream" so GENIVI distributes.
We've submitted license information based on the output of the archiver class but we still need to investigate how to relate that information to the individual package source URLs.
