Task description

Define GDP 10 roadmap. This requires the following tasks:

1. Collect and process the GDP 10 features requests GDP-40
2. Process the requests for integration of the GENIVI modules that are not part still of GDP
3. Define which features will be part of the GDP roadmap
   1. Those requests that are turning into features that are planned to be delivered in GDP 10 alpha are being collected in GDP-219
4. Create the roadmap draft
5. Socialise the roadmap draft

The roadmap proposal covers beyond GDP 10. The desire is going for GDP 11 directly so the roadmap discussion will be tracked in GDP-272
