GDP license compliance checks: technical actions

Since we will publish as intermediate outcome of GDP artifacts and images that can be accessible by people with access to go.genivi.org, we are de facto distributing software. We need to make sure that the licenses, authors and copyrights are correctly defined, following GENIVI licensing policies and, ultimately, as stated by the Open Source licenses we are using.

We will follow what other groups of GENIVI are doing in this regard.
