Release plan for GDP-ivi9 beta

This is a first aproximation of the release plan. In any case, the Release plan should be described, together with some tips, in the [Release Howto page`https://at.projects.genivi.org/wiki/display/GDP/GDP+release+howto].

• Wiki page with the software shipped, including links to sources, build instructions and other relevant info to recreate the image.
• Wiki page with the software expected for the release. Include this in the roadmap page.
• Where will be the image downloaded from?
• Deploy image
• Track downloads
• Press release: english, spanish, chinese (terry) and japanese (who?).
• Take a screenshot.
• Define where to send the press release and to whom.
• What are the main features/updates on this version? Since it is a beta, for testers, what features do we want testers to focus on? Engineers should provide info.
• Get quotes from VIPs
• Social media messages.
• Create the social media messages on the wiki page. Which features do we want to promote? What are the strengths?
• Translated to different languages on RD-2
• Timetable to publish the messages. RD-2, RD-1, RT-6, RT-2, RT-1, RT, RT+1, RT+2, RT+6, RD+1, RD+2
• Schedule for release day.
• What needs to do who.
• Plan the RD support.
• Declare the release time at 12:00 UTC
• Release notes.
