Koelsch GDP-10/GDP-11 build does not boot (no HMI)

Building GDP for the Renesas R-Car M2 Koelsch Evaluation board results in a rootfs that will not boot correctly.

The boot log shows the kernel and rootfs being loaded, however at the point the HMI should load a rolling series of errors are displayed due to bad memory deallocations.

The problem was traced to a badly formed weston.ini in meta-genivi-dev that was not upgraded as part of the Weston 1.9.0 update. Fix sent upstream as PR #31. Although found on GDP for Genivi 10 it will also apply to GDP-11.
